You agree that any legal action or proceeding between oakwillowfarm and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America . Content Policy

In violation of any of the below policies, will result in immediate termination. Unless you explain or correct your wrong doings within 48 hours, your account will be suspended until problem is settle. We will do our best to make this fair for all parties. Suspension without notice is possible if any content, account, or IP address account to systematically generated, spam, or are potentially damaging to our service or networks.

Suspended accounts will be blocked, and your oakwillowfarm URL will be redirected to the oakwillowfarm home page. Access to your oakwillowfarm "Portal" and the ability to add/edit posts will be disabled.
